Shipping and Delivery

 

1.Please allow a 1-2 day processing period once your order is placed before receiving a tracking number

2.We will provide you with a tracking e-mail once the order has been processed and shipped

3.We work from Monday-Friday and orders take approximately 2-4 business days to ship. During high volume times such as sales or new releases, please allow up to 6 business days unless stated otherwise. (We do not ship on weekends)

4.We are not responsible for any lost packages. If packages are lost, you will have to contact the postal service. Make sure your shipping address is correct!

 

** If you are in other countries other than US, we will charge according to your location. The shipping time will be 10-15 business days. Please contact us if you have any question.
